A 16-year-old Australian girl sailed around the world in just 210 days. Jessica Watson, the sailor, went around the world on her own and unassisted circumnavigation of the entire globe, a big feat for a small and young girl. In fact, Watson is the youngest person to ever make it around the globe sailing.

After her trip around the world, Watson said, “I don’t consider myself a hero, I’m just an ordinary girl. You just have to have a dream, believe in it and work hard.”

However, that is not what everyone thinks. People in Australia are proud to have such talent in their country. Many people came to the Sydney Opera House to celebrate the arrival of the teen that had been gone for over 7 months.
